Not everyone has access to NX you know. Living out of North America for example, paypal, bank, money, work? That's not accessible everywhere, really. If someone has an internet connection and a computer to play Maple, I smell money and work around it. It might be the person playing Maple or not but even then, 2x being present in a Cash shop accessible by ALL of Maplestory's community (Even off ranked players). A person may not be able to use Paypal but PayByCash is there for everyone to use as well. Not only that but a player can also come across a neat person who'd end up GIFTING, yes gifting is another means to get things out of the Cash shop. Also, if all those means just aren't enough...there's always the 'legit' B>NX w/meso way.
