These potentials seem to match up with Fiel's extraction a few versions ago - +3% +6% +9% are the only possibility on "uniques", +2% +4% +6% on "rare" and 1/2/3% on uncommons.
Our chaos scrolls are 3mil each... I think KMS's event-making team messed up. They should have implemented the 10x drop rate AFTER the Maple anniversary.
