I'm just a stat-whore and I love having the highest range I can for my own satisfaction. In fact this isn't even about getting the best possible weapon, this is about cost efficiency. White scrolls are expensive, and I want to know before I dump billions into this project that the KMS potential scrolls won't be able to get similar results for much cheaper.
If anything, the prices of scrolls will go up because of people scrolling more equips. The potential scrolls require all slots to be used up before they can be used and since they have boom rates, there's going to be more people scrolling equips to make "epic" items. It's really hard to tell with the MapleStory economy, really.
