You are wrong, not everybody has acsses (at least not immediate) to NX, even if, not everybody wants to use them.
EVERYONE has access to the Cash Shop. Therefore EVERYONE has access to 2x cards. Wanting to use them or not is up to every individual but don't bring that in this argument since it's irrelevant to the point that I'm trying to prove.
