Apparently, I am OCD.

That's not OCD. It's a little neurotic, but not OCD. I don't know how you can look at guides all the time though, especially on a first playthrough. That just ruins the game. Might as well not play it.

The OCD-est thing I do is in games like Resident Evil 4, I rearrange my briefcase over and over until everything fits with everything else just so. It has to be spatially efficient, organized and categorized, and look nice. It bothers my friend to no end.

This too. I like my inventory organized and nice looking. Stacks of potions should be all of the same type next to each other- stuff like that.
