That's the problem. There isn't a way to "legitimately" beat out that kind of exp rate, especially when they've already gotten ahead and put some pretty good distance between themselves and the highest "legitimate" levelers. Even less so are they able to obtain that kind of exp in a new server for some fairly obvious reasons.

Talking about EXP rates is unfair in itself. Prior to the hermits, the priests had a battle of the how-many-EXP-cards. The hermits are not going to "glitch" forever, so of course it's possible to pass them; it'll just take longer. However, the funniest part of this is that 99% of the people whining about the "glitchers" would never pass them even if they trained "legitimately." They all got to 70 in four or less days to be able to even get Shadow Web. Most of the "glitchers" are previously high-leveled Mardians who have already been in the top ranks, so they've already proved themselves capable.
