You getting a warning for a breaking a rule, then breaking the same rule to whine about it after the fact has nothing to do with freedom of speech.
The moderation policy of this forum remains intact until the day it dies, it did not become a free for all because it might go away.
Off topic posts are off topic posts and can/will be removed at the discretion of the moderation staff just like they always have been.
Your rights here extend only so far as you act within the rules.
If you want a discussion on the rules, take it to it's own thread in an appropriate place because it is off topic here as you have both been warned already.
