what exactly?
is there anything else we have to change to japanese besides the regional language settings? i'm guessing you just switched your locale, location, and date settings to japanese. to be honest, i dont know what else there is to change to japanese other than the things in the regional language settings.
i have a feeling this is bullpomegranate with m$, trying to get win 7 homepremium users to buy the MUI packs for the mui IE8. chances are since you already have ultimate, it might automatically put on the ja-JP mui for your IE8 when you switch locale/unicode, however that wont work for win 7 with homeremium, unless you really are changing other options in the control panel, not only the regional language settings.
on another note in the 6 hours my body let me sleep i dreamt about soymilk that went really bad, and being able to change mouse sensitivity in the dragon nest demo.
if we hypothetically do get this working, does anybody know how to change the mouse sensitivity in the game? its wayyyyyyyyy too slow.
