Most Blissey had Ice Beam back then, meaning it could use Ice Beam to check for Yache Berry. Then you could safely bring in your designated Garchomp revenge killer and take it out, provided that you didn't get boned by Sand Veil hax.
IMO, all Blissey should use Ice Beam so that Gliscor, Salamence, and Breloom can't set up on it. Blissey may seem like setup bait, but it continues to appear on every stall team because nothing does its job better.
