Looking for an IRC quote bot script

I am currently using the QuoteEngine script by JamesOff. However, it seems a little buggy. I had to edit the script to make anyone other than me be able to add quotes and the documentation says that users are supposed to be able to remove quotes that they added but that does not work; only I am able to delete quotes.

There's like a bajillion quote scripts for Eggdrop. Can anyone recommend me one?
