That's a horrible idea. Giving a pedophile a longer prison sentence than what they'd get for murder is stupid for both parties. Why risk being turned in for life after raping? Killing the victim after and trying your best to hide the body (or at least remove evidence of rape) would give higher odds of getting away with it.
In other words - it endangers the victim more than needed. You can live your life after being raped. You obviously can't live it after you've been killed for rape. Rape isn't, and shouldn't be treated as more serious than taking a life.

Like female on male domestic violence, it's not reported nearly as often nor is it as obvious. Nobody finds it suspicious that little billy is getting tutored alone every single day by Megan, the neighbor who happens to be a teacher. Might raise a few suspicious glares and watch dogs when Sally gets tutored alone every day at Mark's house (who has the same credentials as Megan).
