Questions about donor medals and obtaining them

1. What towns still give out medals? (I heard all towns but victorian towns stopped)
Most towns do so, The WT touns dont
2. How do I donate? Do I donate just mesos?
In the onators box or something, yes just mesos
3. How many mesos does one need to donate to get the medal?
You need to be the one that onates the most
4. What day of each month are new medals handed out?
Im not sure about this
5. Is there a cap to how many mesos you can donate?
Probablly not
6. What is the average amount of mesos donated by people who get the medal?
It varies a lot epending on the people competing to get the medal
7. If my donation is highest, how do I get the medal?
You must have accepted the challenge, talk to the medals guy to get it
8. Say I donate 2.1b and im the highest and I get the medal. Do I need to donate the most every month to keep the medal, or do I donate once and someone has to donate over me before they get it?
