It's all about lippy faces in Korea.
The Black Magician has been a huge tease since...ever. Still can't see them acting on it any time soon even with this large a hint. What would be nice though is rather than releasing level 250 something enemies for "harder" content, just have the "difficulty" of content more or less level out at 200, but have several different Black Magician related areas/PQs. With any luck this could be the real incentive to get past level 140 that this game so desperately needs.
