Besides, wouldn't snipe d/c you simply due to the fact that hitting damage well over 200k is breaking the damage barrier? mist and web seem different since the damage they cause are only effects. Idk if that matters, but the snipe thing isn't proof either, what if they intended to make it poisonable and webbable, but NOT snipeable? o.o
