Also what levl SB should I start using it other then DS?

Maxed Double Stab is 140% damage times 2 (Nexon made it better), aka 280% damage

Level 1 SB is some percent x 4. It would need to be 70% to match up with Double Stab. Unless Nexon changed it, every level SB goes up 2% damage, with max at 80%. So, unless Nexon changed SB, like I said, Level 18 SB would equal DS, an level 19 would be more powerful.
