Probably 2ch. There are tons of camera links there. I'd link you to the thread, but haven't checked all the links to make sure they're all safe. No, rather, one link is a cam were people are trying to zoom in to get panty shots. But that cam is password protected anyway, since it's a service you (are supposed to) pay for. Pay Per View Panty Watch, pretty much. But someone on 2ch posted the password and username to access the camera.
