That's because over 50% of Yellonde's idiots are from Scania. 
I'm not just assuming that either, they tend to say "if this was scania I'd pwn you" etc. They'll be back (well, most of them). Also a few people are leveling up chars to third job in Yellonde and moving back to Scania afterwards (world transfer) because they presumed the nub areas would be less crowded there & 2x/4x/8x exp.
I logged on Bera a while ago and it's the same as ever tbh.
