Depends. It's better to put toilet paper over the seat though, or bring some sanitary wipes with you where you go. We don't pee standing up, so unless someone is retarded there won't be piss on the toilet seat. Or cum. Well, maybe, if a pervert came into the bathroom and came on the seat unnoticed and snuck out.
Sometimes you just have to go, but I just avoid them like the plague unless it's an emergency.
