If you're not satisfied, then quit. Nexon told you before you even made your first MapleStory character. Sure, it sucks people are getting hacked but you took that risk when you decided to agree to accept Nexon's Terms of Use and trust Nexon's security.
Nexon is promoting user security now in response to the recent hackings. I think they're doing a good job at it. Compensation is difficult for Nexon since it's hard to know who's fault it is, and of course, it is not obligatory.
