Those are neither jubes nor gummies. They are wine gums, which are like gummies but harder. They are delicious. A pavlova is made with egg, it has a thin and crispy shell and the inside is like meringue, but softer and fluffier. Traditionally it is coated in cream and will generally have strawberries on top.
