It isn't regional settings that is making those errors pop up when you press the play button; I know that, for sure. The other thing, is it could very well be that the activex plugin you had to install didn't install correctly.. if only I knew how to uninstall it so I could re-install it.
And yeah, fail, no one can download that folder because no one has a premium account.
Also, this isn't open beta, this is EXCBT. They just allowed everyone to play in the limited hours for the last thing. Now we need to wait for the real open beta, which'll probably have no restraints on what hours you can play. After that, THEN it is the real game. lol.
