Ok, you are just bitching now. They are giving you free x2 so you feel at least a bit better, WHILE THEY FIX IT. It's not like they are saying "Whoops! Sorry! The damn thing doesn't work, have some x2 instead!". You get BOTH, whenever it gets fixed. If there's one thing they can't check before releasing a patch is server stress. Give them a chance, the event's well thought, if it works properly.
