Fuckin A. There's no way they're going to answer this question in a way that isn't a lie.

The GMs most likely pretend to work and their superiors don't care enough to go and see if they are. They probably think all's well in the world of maple. I mean, I know it isn't the GM's jurisdiction to solve issues like DC hacks and such, but they could still at least look for and ban those people.

No need to even look for, I've filed 5 reports with tons of SS'es for them and none of them has got banned yet.
