It feels like Im watching the video in fast forward or something. Either that's the difference the new skill updates make, or you actually fast forwarded it, then that would be hindering to the demonstration of the impact of these updated skills.
That being said, it certainly looks impressive, though I do not own a viper or know how the skills were before.
