80% of the re g exp, not the party bonus.

Example: Without ring I get (100 exp) (X exp party bonus). With ring I get (100 exp) (X exp party bonus) (80 exp ring bonus).

I thought so.

Still doesn't explain Takebacker's weird Jr. Wraith situation, though.
