4th job Single Target DPS

Um, what did you change exactly from 2.07? I'm fairly sure I had that all working already.

Edit: In fact, I see no differences except the way in which you implemented the Final Cut change (I already had that in there, but in a different way), the removal of Fatal, and Aran DPS no longer glows blue when Snow Charge is active.

I've got to go. I'll just leave 2.07 up for now.
