4th job Single Target DPS

Thorns is actually +350% critical damage even though it says +250%. Sharp eyes works the same way adding 140% instead of the listed 40%. The halving party bonus applies properly as 125% to at least magicians as sharp eyes' 40% does, I dunno if thorns is +125% or +175% for non-magical party members though.

I'll assume it's 125% for now.
