The way chains of hell works is this: 6 dagger hits of 250%, +350% if critical (or more with other critical rings/etc.), and +200% if final cut is active. 6 blade hits of the same. 6 mirrored dagger hits of 60%, no criticals or final cut apply at all, and 6 mirrored blade hits of the same. The 12 mirrored hits are much, much weaker than the 12 original hits. You could also add a stack effect option where the mirrored hits don't apply because mirror imaging can't be used while stack effect is active, or else stack effect gets canceled.
