Well, finally got my final ticket response... in about a month and half. This is what they gave me:

We also ask for you to check your firewall and anti-virus protection to allow MapleStory to be run. Please make sure to use the latest version of Internet Explorer when attempting to log into MapleStory from the website.
Remember to only hit "Start Game" once as hitting it multiple times will cause an error. If you have any other questions, please submit a new ticket and we'll be glad to assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Yep, one month of waiting to tell me to RESTART MY GODDAM COMPUTER. I specificaly told them that I cannot connect in any way, and that no message shows up
