1/ Can I have a complete list of currently known-of jobIDs?

2/ Are jobID checks performed client-sidedly, server-sidedly, or both? I remember seeing quests have jobID eligibility included in them, yet the CWKPQ/EllinPQ entrances aren't exactly quests.
