The patches when maple story just started were typically good and came with things like customer service. They may not have been quite as often, but they also weren't digging into our pockets as rabidly as they are these days. The more money they want from us the more we should expect from them. Since they're not providing us with any customer service whatsoever, it's certainly not unreasonable to expect for them to make up for it in content.

I guess you have a point there, but even though it may seem like i'm defending all of nexon's actions, it DOES have a ton of things to deal with, and they can't do it all at once. I agree there are some major flaws that need to be fixed, but we should appreciate what we have, especially since it's FREE.
