EXTREMELY high... My Viper has 197 accuracy clean and it can only hit it... 19% of the time. ._.

You need 331 Accuracy to hit it 100% of the time at levels 160+.

I have like 33 more base acc than you do. o.o

I know a fix for this though. Next balance patch just make bless +20% acc and avoid. GENIUS.
