Judging by the context given in the latest chapter, the theory about her existing in an alternate universe and going to this one is likely. Another that I should have thought of, that seemed incredibly likely would be:

There being 2 Yunos in this universe. How? Twins with the same name. Prove me wrong that there's no such thing as a twin with the same first and last name. Both of my friends that I know right now are twins, with the same FIRST AND LAST name. Which is why the use their middle name as their nickname. Michael ____ <last name>. One is called Alex, the other is Demitrius. They even look extremely alike but act slightly different, though can act the same at times. Given that the picture with the cellphone in this latest chapter, it clearly says "IN THIS WORLD THERE" and the rest is whitened out. The only words that can fit the sentence would be '2 Yunos'. One likely possibility is the speculation that it's an alternate Yuno from xyz universe, but my theory is that there are two existing Yunos that are twins. I could be wrong, but I like to think differently.

I've already seen that Watashi ni XX Shinasai extra, btw. This was a while ago too, before they hosted it on OneManga. On MangaFox, it was uploaded on March 6th 2010. No wonder, I've seen it before. I was hoping it was a continuation of the previous chapter. Fuck. Yukina is love. ♥
