How are you managing with 13 channels?

yes, several of the lower population servers were cut back to 13 chans. i think they might be doing this in an attempt at testing ways to reduce lag. that seemed like something they were getting a lot of complaints about and they responded to a lot in q/a about. (what easier way to reduce lag then to reduce the the the overall size of the data the servers have to handle)
