No hands would be bleeding because that's not actually being played on a piano, that's a midi file. Some of those stretches are simply too big for a normal hand to stretch.
Only time my hands ever bleed are when I have to practice glissandos. I was playing a piece with a section filled with glissandos for my jury this year, and practied quite a bit the last week before it, and needless to say, some of my fingers had internal bleeding above it. 1.5 weeks after, and there is still dried blood in there x_X
