I haven't tested with Blank Shot. One of the only skills I didn't try. Maybe it's because that's a Pirate stun move? I don't know how they're distinguished in the data so I don't know how it would differ. Did you try with other skills? Or just Blank Shot? They didn't activate crits when I tried in GMS.
