If you want alts included, there should be some sort of limitations.
Ie. Bob has 2 mults (3 characters in all). He is a big contributor to Southperry/DFO, avidly plays all 3 characters, and helps out others frequently. Bob is probably going to get some room.
Bill has 3 mults, (4 in all). He is an average contributor, plays a little bit, but mostly only two characters, and is mostly an individualist. Bill MIGHT get 1 space for an extra mult, if space allows.
I'm not necessarily making these a precedent, simply stating that larger, more important people should be open to the mult spots AFTER everyone has joined, whereas those who are deemed least important (someone such as myself...
) shouldn't (are forced to wait until after those who are more important have utilized the space they need).
