Let's be honest here. This event cannot benefit everyone because it is only available for a set period of time. If you miss the opportunity, you have to get over it. I missed the event that gave Aran characters the chance to get the ridiculously powerful Combo King medal. That is just how events work.

The Evan event used in KMS would cause serious problems in GMS. PSoK would not be an obstacle against hackers and gold farmers from creating multiple accounts to abuse the event. Making the Dragon Glasses only account tradeable prevents this. To offset the loss of purchases of PSoK, the success rate of the scrolls were changed so that people would encouraged to get the better scrolls that were added to gacha. As a result, Nexon stumbled across a more profitable method that didn't encourage a wave of hackers and gold farmers.
