Patch happened today. No Neo City.
Parallel world means a boss PQ, where you can see existing areas with other mobs. Fighting strong mobs means the boss raid itself. And the I AM ROBOT is a boss in omega sector map.
Like i said, previews are for guessing, and "proofs" are not always correct.
Also. CMS never had Neo City. Only in data as a lot of versions do.
