It's odd though, when things like this concern NX.
If there had been a glitch with the cash shop and let's say items were placed at 1NX. And people bought and benefited from it, the proper action to take would have been to refund the NX and get rid of the items. It just seems totally screwy, to pay money (indirectly or not) and then get banned for giving Nexon said money.
It just seems like if this had happened with any other company, it would of been treated differently. If Stolen goods appear on e-bay, and e-bay knows about it for hours and hours and makes no statement, do the people who bid in that time-frame go to jail?
(I propose that, knowing possession of stolen goods is illegal )
