Same thing for me, however. About 5 hours later they responded saying they are looking into my situation regarding getting my gear back and to be patient!

However, my ticket included a screencap of all my gear about 2 days before getting hacked. Stats included~! I hope that helps Big Grin

Hope they work it out for all of you guys to!
