'Non plug and play' is a category of drivers as used in device manager. It is not an actual driver or process name. Autoruns uses different categories.
If Autoruns does not list procguard.sys, they you probably do not have it. Some other process must be the problem.
You can also try RUN msconfig and uncheck any non-Microsoft servicesand startups.
I am not an expert in this stuff. Only know a bit because I am hunting for a different problem.
