It's the same in KMS, we've just never had any English guides that accurately showed how much SP Evans gain. In fact, GMS has more extra SP due to the Cash Shop mastery books giving 1 free SP.
I hope they use that extra 15 SP in 10th mastery for a useful skill someday. I'd like to see 10 SP allocated to Soul Stone, raising it's mastery to 30 and allowing it to buff the entire party when maxed. The remaining 5 SP could be used for a skill that cancels Super Wep/Magic Def and Damage Reflect, but has a cooldown. *Wishful thinking*
