It's your own issues, it's your own solutions to figure out. Sarah used BBB, the LATimes, the consumerist to make Nexon listen and fix themselves. MarksmanBryan also used BBB and I'm unaware of how successful he was, but he did get a response. Some other guy managed to get a full refund on his godly equips directly from a GM, I'm not sure what he did. Of course, your way is a solution too, but as Sarah put it:
