You only got infracted for calling me retarded. If you had left that out you would have been golden. And yes, spamming their forums and spamming their ticketing system are the same. They're both a minor annoyance that only prove your immaturity and inability to handle situations maturely. I'm not really going to argue with you about "being on Nexon's sack" (uh...) because I absolutely agree with their punishment of the offenders here; but that's a forbidden subject. Agreeing with the way they've dealt with the chaos scroll incident is in no way the same as "being on their sack". I do not agree with the way they're handling ticketing, though I do empathise with them having to deal with potentially hundreds of tickets by people like NatureDragon or those unable to take a hint who repeatedly send tickets demanding they be unblocked.
I can only assume it's too late for your case now, regardless of how many tickets you send, because if you weren't able to do it right the first time I doubt you could change their minds now. I have in other topics given an outline of how to handle yourself, but it seems you expect me to write a mock-ticket for you. Here is what I would have written.

Sincerity, responsibility, maturity. Accept what you've done, pay your pennance, and wait it out. You may not get the result you seek but if you are respectful the chances are much higher than if you go in there kicking up a pomegranatestorm.
