There aren't a lot of words to describe how sad this post is, but I'll try and at least explain to you what "spamming" is, since you don't seem to understand or are somehow unable to comprehend that repeatedly sending in a ticket about the same thing constitutes spamming. It doesn't matter if you wait until each one is closed before you do it again. If I sent this post more than one time I would be spamming. By intending to send your ticket in over and over (you've already done it twice, which is minor spam) you are intending to spam them. I'm not sure why this would be difficult for you to grasp but judging by your post history it seems you are unable to comprehend many things.
