i didnt spam them yet and didnt spam tickets. & i made a new ticket before getting a response. This is what I wrote.
"I wanted to know if this account will be eligible for unban. I am tired of waiting for a response on my other ticket. I want a yes or no answer so that I can stop waiting and quit if I won't be unbanned.
I did buy a lot of chaos scrolls at low price not knowing why it was cheap. If Nexon had notified the situation to the players, innocent players wouldn't have been banned by buying the scrolls. Many people who bought the scrolls including myself did not know that the scrolls were obtained illegally.
