I'm sure what this requirement is saying is "If you are unfortunate enough to be running a Radeon 9550 or Nvidia 5700, you can run this game at 640x480 with no antiailiasing and textures, shaders, and applicable graphic filters set to minimum and achieve a playable framerate. GG " XD
Right click your desktop and click properties and you should get your graphic card's name...probably integrated gfx if the laptop is as old as you say.
...Windows button + E to see your hard drive space...or just press start - My Computer...
