How do you dispute a closed Ticket?

Agreed. It seems every time people are put into a situation to deal with Nexon their first thoughts are to begin mindlessly spamming them. What in any way is productive about that? At best you're just going to annoy the piss out of them and accomplish nothing more than having your ticketing privelages removed for future use.
