my chaos ban appeal ticket was closed with the following which seemed rather confusing to me:
I understand that you would like to have your account released from its block. Upon review of your account, your appeal has been granted, and we have decided to reduce your ban duration to 14 days.
We have not released your account because your character was in possession of items that had been obtained through use of a game exploit. Regardless of whether or not you performed this exploit, by obtaining these items, you were still contributing to the situation.
So, appeal granted or not released? I'm not on the rankings and I'm not going to log in at home where I play with my non banned account.
